I have been working at The Orchard Clinic since October 2010 when Liz Parsons asked me to take over from her as she was moving away. Liz had been teaching here for 20 years. I teach Wednesdays & Thursdays.

I am thoroughly enjoying what has been a great opportunity, working with a wide variety of pupils in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

I came across Alexander in 2002 after 15 years of aches & pains, back, neck, hips, shoulders, knees, etc I had tried everything! Nothing had any lasting effect. Through working with The Alexander Technique I discovered I could learn to help myself, what a relief!

I trained at Queens Park School in London, qualifying in 2007.
Alexander continues to be my main interest, I also teach in & around Princes Risborough & work in the Alexander Societies offices in London.
