Diana recommends individualised nutritional programmes to help with all health issues.
Optimum Nutrition is about providing the body with the right amount of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to do the job it was made to do and help towards obtaining optimal health. Living in our chemically cluttered world today robs us of a lot of these vital ingredients. By taking professional advice on the right things to eat and supplements to take, you can take the first step to being in control of your health - not leaving it to chance.

After completing a nutritional questionnaire and your first consultation, Diana will design a nutritional programme to suit your individual nutritional needs, lifestyle and tastes; encouraging you to achieve rather than fail. A first consultation takes about an hour. Shorter follow-up consultations are usually necessary at 4-6 weekly intervals in order to make the recommended changes needed in achievable stages and to update your programme to support you as your health improves. In most cases only one or two follow-ups will be necessary.
